Castlewood Treatment Center is seeking full time Direct Care Staff to provide protective oversight of clients for its Ballwin, Missouri location. Applicants should have experience in the mental health or medical field and experience with eating disorders is preferred. Job responsibilities include managing the client milieu, crisis intervention, facilitating after meal processing, clinical documentation, overseeing medication administration, and working with the clinical and medical team.
Education/Experience:
Associate’s Degree or two years of college with at least one year of experience in a residential psychiatric setting preferred. Bachelor’s degree in social work or counseling a plus. Must have current CPR certification, preferably through the American Heart Association. Valid Class E Driver’s license or must obtain within 30 days of employment.

Castlewood Treatment Center in Ballwin, Missouri is seeking a full time therapist. Applicants must be an experienced clinician in trauma resolution with the ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic working relationship with clients. Experience with Internal Family Systems Model and ability to understand treatment planning is preferred. Prior experience facilitating individual and group therapy sessions and background with eating disorders is a plus.
Education:
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field and be either provisionally licensed and under supervision or licensed by the state of Missouri.
Experience:
Two years recent related experience working with eating disorder clients or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

About the Job:
Castlewood Treatment Center in Ballwin, Missouri is seeking an experienced HIM Specialist who will be responsible for responding to medical records requests, auditing medical records, scanning data into the electronic medical recordkeeping (EMR) system, and assuring compliance with internal policies, ethical codes of conduct, state and federal law, and the Commission for the Accreditation of Residential Facilities (CARF) standards.
Education/Experience:
Previous Health Information Management experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment. Knowledge of medical terminology, release of information and medical record maintenance activities. Associates degree or coursework in medical terminology, health data requirements and standards, data analysis a plus. Must be PC literate with proficiency in spreadsheets, database software and word processing. Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the board of directors, management, staff, patients, vendors, and the general public. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task required.
About the Job:
Monarch Cove is Castlewood Treatment Center’s new Residential Eating Disorder Treatment facility located on the tip of the Monterey Peninsula, in historic Pacific Grove. Monarch Cover offers compassionate, professional treatment for anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, compulsive over-eating and binge eating disorders.
The Clinical Director will provide direction and oversight of treatment teams to individuals with eating disorders and ensure the program guidelines are followed under the California Department of Mental Health and any other accreditations as appropriate. Responsibilities include:
Overseeing Therapeutic component of the program:
• Completes initial diagnostic psychological assessment on all clients to assign proper EED diagnosis and any additional psychological assessments, as needed.
• Provides Utilization Review training for clinicians.
•Oversees clinical coordination of all clients in various phases of treatment.
• Facilitates program development.
• Has direct input into all clinical performance of employees.
Supporting Marketing & Outreach
• Prepare and deliver presentations at conferences and within local community.
• Collaborate with outside professionals/researchers for the Assessment/Research component of program.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Total Education, Vocational Training & Experience:
• This position requires at a minimum a Master’s Degree, two years of experience in a residential psychiatric setting and two years in a supervisory/managerial position. Ph.D. a plus.
• Licensed as a clinical psychologist, MSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of California.
•Must be able to work well under occasionally stressful conditions and deal with diversity of situations including occasional behavior incidents and emergency situations.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations.
• Excellent writing skills for documentation and communication.
About the Job:
The Utilization Review Specialist will:
• Review provider requests for services against established review criteria, referring cases not meeting criteria to a physician advisor or medical director for review.
• Evaluate the options and services required to meet the client’s health and psycho-social service’s needs, in support and collaboration with psycho-social services interventions.
• Coordinate with provider in identifying appropriate options for the level of care that will assist the client in achieving optimum stability of health status within their defined psycho-social state.
• Support this effort through education, support and collaboration with the client, caregivers, treating providers, and other members of the health care team.
Education: Will consider any of the following:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Counseling
• RN licensed in Missouri
• Social Worker
Experience:
• Experience as a UR/Discharge planner or case manager highly desirable. Two years in a business / corporate setting or similar environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Milliman Care Guide and experience in using same preferred.
• Familiarity with utilization review modules in information systems preferred
• Good written and oral communication skills.
