About the Job

Castlewood Treatment Center in Ballwin, Missouri is seeking a full time Registered Dietitian.

The Dietitian is responsible for prescribing and overseeing nutritional therapy to clients in a facility specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and other co-occurring psychiatric disorders. The Dietitian, in conjunction with medical services, completes nutritional assessments, develops appropriate nutritional plans, and ensures the continuous progress toward nutritional treatment goals throughout all levels of care; this includes, but is not limited to, the management of nutritional refeeding and other co-occurring medical conditions. The Dietitian conducts weekly individual sessions with each client, attends weekly clinical meetings, and may also attend and participate in co-facilitating group therapy sessions. When indicated, the Dietitian also conducts educational sessions with members of clients’ support systems, including friends and family members. In addition to the above responsibilities, the Dietitian also completes required documentation accurately and participates in the continued development of policies, procedures, menus, client education, and staff education materials.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited dietetics program, registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and licensure with the State of Missouri Board of Dietitians.

Previous clinical experience with eating disorders in a treatment setting is preferred.

Nurse Manager

Castlewood Treatment Center in Ballwin, Missouri is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager who will be responsible for all nursing care provided at our facilities.  The position requires current knowledge of OSHA, CFC, CARF and the Joint Commission for Behavioral Health standards and other applicable standards to ensure that standards are met.  The ability to effectively collaborate with other leaders to complete required assessments/ re-assessments, client and family education, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions and client safety is essential.


Missouri licensure and graduate from an accredited school of nursing.  A Bachelor’s of science degree is required.  A master’s degree in nursing is preferred.


At least four or more years’ experience in a management position in the delivery of mental health treatment service preferred.  Must possess knowledge of milieu management, group dynamics, individual and family treatment, biological aspects of psychological illness and demonstrate leadership ability and skills.


Current CPR certification, preferable through the American Heart Association.

Accounting Clerk – Part-time

Castlewood Treatment Center in Ballwin, Missouri is seeking a Part-time Accounting Clerk with some flexibility in schedule.  This position is primarily responsible for the monthly general ledger close, aiding in the preparation of the financial statements, management reporting and analysis and operations support. 

Flexible Schedule

  • First 5 days of the each month will require a daily commitment, Monday thru Friday, 6 hours plus each day.
  • For the remainder of the month, the position offers flexibility (24-28 hours per week) – work a half day Monday thru Friday or three 8 hour days, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Experience Required

  • GAAP understanding
  • Journal entry posting
  • Cash Application
  • Balance sheet experience
  • Month end close procedure
  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, including Pivot Tables.

The ideal candidate will also have experience as follows:

  • Great Plains experience (or larger ERP if not GP specifically)

Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist

Castlewood Treatment Center in Ballwin, Missouri is seeking an experienced full-time Health Information Management Specialist who will be responsible for responding to medical records requests, auditing medical records, scanning data into the electronic medical recordkeeping (EMR) system, and assuring compliance with internal policies, ethical codes of conduct, state and federal law, Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Joint Commission standards. 

  • Education/Experience:

2+ years of Health Information Management experience and compliance background required, preferably in a healthcare environment. Knowledge of medical terminology, release of information and medical record maintenance activities. Associates degree or coursework in medical terminology, health data requirements and standards, data analysis a plus.

Coding and billing experience is not required.  Knowledge of Sigmund Software and report writing for presentation to management is a plus.


Must be PC literate with proficiency in spreadsheets, database software and word processing. Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the board of directors, management, staff, patients, vendors, and the general public. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task required.

Utilization Review Specialist


One full year employment at CW

  • Experience in clinical case conceptualization, preferable having provided primary care (therapy, dietetic, nursing) for a client from admission to discharge
  • Prior experience working with managed care and/or insurance 


  • Complete Pre-Authorization and concurrent reviews for all clients utilizing their insurance.
  • Communicate with business office and clinical staff all outcomes.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings to gather information for clients with upcoming utilization review.
  • Maintain all required documentation in the information systems in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a resource for recognized areas of expertise.
