Current Positions:

Certified Nurse Assistant- Direct Care Counselor

Castlewood is seeking a Direct Care Counselor to provide protective oversight of clients for its Ballwin, Missouri location. Must be willing to work 3, 10 hour overnight shifts per week. Job responsibilities include the preparation and administration of medications. This role will observe clients for potential side effects to medications, complete weights and vitals and accurately documents in an electronic health record system.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • CNA with L1MA certification (preferred) or CMT
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience required
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a mental health setting preferred
  • Must have current CPR certification, preferably through the American Heart Association.
  • Valid Class E Driver’s license or must obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Word Processing Skills
  • Ability to relate well to both clients and co-workers
  • Ability to document all work and complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
  • Physically able to perform most household duties which may include lifting up to 20 pounds and engage in basic recreational activities such as walking, swimming, etc.

Direct Care Counselor

Castlewood is seeking a Direct Care Counselor to provide protective oversight of clients for its Ballwin, Missouri location. We have a full-time position with day/evening shifts during the week and weekend. Applicants should have experience in the mental health or medical field and experience with eating disorders is preferred. Job responsibilities include managing the client milieu, crisis intervention, facilitating after meal processing, clinical documentation, overseeing medication administration, and working with the clinical and medical team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
  • Will consider Associate’s Degree or two years of college with at least one year of experience in a residential psychiatric setting.
  • CMT experience preferred.
  • Must have current CPR certification, preferably through the American Heart Association.
  • Valid Class E Driver’s license or must obtain within 30 days of employment.

  • Knowledge regarding supervision of others
  • Ability to document all work and complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

Senior Accountant

 

We have an opportunity for a Full-time Senior Accountant to join our team to support the organization by ensuring adherence to proper internal controls and policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities include:

1)      Responsible for all accounting and financial statements for the company.
2)      Support the processing of payroll on a bi-weekly basis which includes ensuring all payroll tax payments and filing requirements are met.
3)      Responsible for performing and documenting monthly account reconciliations supporting the financial statements.  Investigates and communicates any ongoing outstanding items on the reconciliations.
4)      Prepares all monthly, quarterly or other bank and regulatory financial reporting accurately and timely.  This includes the month-end close, bank covenant reporting, and tax reporting.  Participates in financial audits and ensures appropriate action in response to audit findings.
5)      Develops, maintains and trains staff on financial policies.  Ensures adherence to all financial policies, and makes management aware when there is a breach of policy.
6)      All general accounting responsibilities which will include but not limited to preparation of all general ledger journal entries, month-end close, creation and maintenance of financial statements in financial system, generate monthly financial statements,  maintenance and utilization of financial system, and account reconciliations .

7)      Manage company credit card program which includes statement reconciliation and recording results in general ledger.

8)      Acts as a liaison with appropriate vendors to ensure the proper maintenance and use of financial software systems.
9)      Supports the company benefits program which includes enrollment and synchronization with company payroll records.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
  • CPA preferred
  • Must have a minimum of five years broad based working knowledge of general accounting and reporting.
  • Must be PC literate with proficiency in spreadsheets, database software and word processing.
  • Have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the board of directors, management, staff, patients, vendors, and the general public.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Requires a high level of analytical ability to identify and evaluate problems and recommend solutions

Registered Nurse

We have an opportunity for a Full-time and/or Part-time Registered Nurse to join our team to support our residential and PHP clients at our three locations in the Ballwin area.  We are looking for a nurse who enjoys collaborating with other members of the health care team, is a team player, and has effective and therapeutic patient communication and good time management and prioritization.  The position will typically be Monday – Friday 8 hour shifts with occasional evenings and weekends.

This position is responsible for assisting the clinical team with the daily oversight and management of the medical services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: medication management and administration, timely completion of patient assessments, management of tube feedings, assessing and dressing wounds, patient education, coordinating outpatient medical appointments and working closely with the nurse manager to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN is preferred.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of MO.
  • Must have current CPR certification through an American Heart Association approved agency.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an acute care or skilled nursing setting required.
  • Behavioral Health and/or residential eating disorder experience highly recommended.
  • Experience working within electronic medical records systems.
  • Requires knowledge of team building and an ability to use persuasive leadership in order to work with others to ensure safe and effective medical services.
