Castlewood Treatment Center (CTC) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our clients and the health information they entrust to us. CTC respects our clients’ rights regarding protected health information (PHI) and will take appropriate precautions to maintain the confidentiality of that information. Castlewood Treatment Center provides clients specific rights related to their protected health information (PHI). Each of these rights is described in Castlewood Treatment Center's Notice of Privacy Practices. In addition, some of these rights require action on the part of the client before CTC can respond.
