First Nosh and Network- A Success
Castlewood Treatment Center hosted its first “Nosh and Network” breakfast workshop on July 18th in Nashville, Tennessee. This successful event featured Dr. Mark Schwartz, Sc.D. and Mike Rechtien, MA, PLPC as speakers. The first presentation on “The Implications of Attachment Theory in Working with Destructive Relationships and Sexuality” was extremely thought provoking and educational. “Working with Clients with Dismissive Forms of Attachment and Facilitating Attachment Security” was not only informative but generated an invigorating conversation. In addition to a delicious hot breakfast buffet the participants also received 3.5 CEU’s.
The next “Nosh and Network” will be in Columbia, Missouri on September 12th. The featured presenters will be Katie Thompson, LPC and Laura Wood, LPC. Katie will be addressing the treatment of Binge Eating Disorder and Laura will be discussing the use expressive therapy with clients with Eating Disorders.
